MakeMyTrip India — Refund required for my booking

I have booked a roundtrip ticket under your Ref. No. NF233H4206W56DK70383.
While an amount of Rs. 7, 647/- is also debited in my Amex Credit Card, subsequently, the booking stated that my booking failed.
Now I have to get the amount of Rs. 7, 647/- back in my Credit Card Account at the earliest.
Kindly look into my complaint and afford refund at the earliest. This ticket is booked by me (S.S.N. Murthy) for my wife Mrs. Lalitha Murthy is trip from Chennai to Mumbai and back.
