Hello, i booked two bus tickets for 29th November on 28th November . Due to sudden change of plan, i had to cancel the tickets. I tried to cancel but it was not getting canceled. Then i called the costumer care, he also tried but cancellation was unsuccessful. He assured me that refund will be initiated by 72 hours. Today is 1st December but, I can’t access to the costumer care executive; I don’t know the reason for it. I called all the numbers but there is no help provided. Very disappointed from mmt. Please look it into the matter and assist. Thank you !
