MakeMyTrip India — Refund was not received even after 14days | |||
While rescheduling the flight I made the payment to MMT. I received the message stating "Dear SAURABH KUMAR, Unfortunately, your rescheduling of flight booking NF[protected] from Delhi to Patna has failed after successful payment. This happens at times because of a temporary tech failure. We have initiated a refund of Rs *4954.0 to your account which will take 3-12 days to appear in your account. We request you to retry with a fresh payment or call us at[protected]." And it is now been 18th Oct'2020 and I did not get any money. There is no option in customer support to speak to a MMT representative. It was really a painful experience with make my trip. Was this information helpful? | |||
