[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refundable ticket charges

I have booked a ticket with make my trip. My booking ID is NN[protected] and complaint Reference ID:[[protected]]. Make my trip booked wrong dates for my travel. Now, I am being charged extra on a refundable ticket to change my travel dates/ cancel my ticket. I am being continuously misled by the customer care and their supervisors. Each time I call, the representatives tell me a different amount that I need to pay to change the travel dates. Moreover, they fail to give me the break up of the amount they are charging.

I have talked to the customer care at least ten times. Mr Manorajan, Ms Swagata and their Supervisor Mr Nikhil Agarwal fail to give me sufficient information and are asking me to pay extra amount on a refundable ticket to cancel or change the travel dates.

We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to your complaint, In reference to your complaint regarding the date change. Please note that the fares are not guaranteed they keep on fluctuate.
Hence airline penalty remains the same, but fare difference keeps on changing which cannot guaranteed anytime not even with airline.
Kindly do let us know if still you want to make the date change, so that we can arrange a call for you and assist you with the date change.
