[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — regarding cash back issues

We always prefer mmt for our holidays.. But this we faced many issues because of mmt.. We went to dubai this jan booked by mmt.. We faced lots of difficulties during our trip.. When we reached there our hotel was not booked and we didn't get any information about that.. Mmt promised ur for cash back for the issues we faced there.. They also promised ur rs 4000 cash back when we booked our tour.. Till now we also didn't get that money.. We r contacting there client but we are not getting any response..
