On 28th feb i called at your customer care and till time atleast 4-5 times i called up to mail me a package for goa but till time no one has responded yet. Whereas i called up dpauls and cox & kings yesterday and immediately they send me a mail with details.. This is not at all expected from you, such a causal behaviour from your executive mr. Hashmi...
