Dear sir, we are staying in your sponsored hotel somnath sagar at somnath 21.09.18 to 22.09.18 having booking i'd no nh[protected]. But your room is not given as per price taken by you. This room is not superior a. C. Room. The receptionist rudely told me that we will not give u the superior a. C. Room. This so small room is your superior a. C. Room. This behaviour of the hotel person is not good and unauthenticated. Again your toll free no. Does not recognise the last 4 digit i'd of my booking. It's not a good respond of this type of organisation, like make my trip. We will have no faith on u, or those persons booking in on line. You are showing one thing in picture and giving another room.
