We have booked a hotel named FabHotel Dawn at mysore on 23rd of december.Our bus was late, we reached there at around 12:30 night.when we wanted to check in they refused saying no rooms are vacant.we did't stay there.and this was not our mistake.if there is a room booked you shoul have kept it vacant till 11 o'clock noon. so I will request you to refund my money.they told us to wait for 24 hours.but today its 3 days.
