Actually i cancelled a train ticket on 05th april 2019, but my refund is not credited in my account yet I called makemytrip so many times every customer care executive said me that please wait for 24-48 hrs definitely u will receive your refund At the last i talked with mr. Amar saxena (Customer delight team) on 4th may 2019 and he said me that please wait for 48 hrs i will get back to u but he does not call me even i send mail 5 times but no response yet...
