We sincerely apologised for the inconvenience caused to you, In reference to your complaint regarding the failed Id. We have checked and found that the refund of INR 1, 651/- was processed with RRN number#8767.

Hence we request you to check with your respective bank for the same along with this RRN number.
But still if did not receive the refund then we request you to share the bank statement from the date of travel to till now.
So that we can check the same with our account team.
