This is the inform you that I have booked a ticket from HYD-BOM and BOM-HYD with travel date as 05.07.2018 with Booking Ref No-NF[protected]. The amount paid was Rs. 12, 120/-

Due to certain adjustments I have rescheduled the ticket to 04.07.2018 and I have paid additional charge of Rs.8066/- . But the invoice I have received is for Rs.12, 120/-

I request you to provide me the full invoice for Rs.20, 186/- or for Additional amount of Rs.8066/-

Updated by umakanta76 The problem is not resolved till now. Make My trip please inform how long will you take to resolve the issue ? If this is the case of issuing an invoice, it proves how bad your customer service level. For an invoice does it require months together to investigate...

please expedite and arrange to resolve the issue immediately.
