I booked an internation ticket from seattle to bengaluru on 22nd june through credit card. After all the pages the final page of entering the details of otp and password given and suddenly the website went off blank for several minutes. I got immediate sms of my amount debited to credit card. I callwd the call center of credit card to reverse the transaction. After several hours of transaction i get a mail regarding confirmation of ticket. This is ridiculous. You cannot maintain a stable website and we have to face financial loss. Please co ordinate with bank and reverse the amount. Else we may have to take up the matter with consumer court.
One of the worst customer service providers. When the ticket is not issued immediately how can you demand payment.
