Dear concern
This mail is regarding my one transaction on ur portal on 1 nov for booking on Taj hotel lakefront, bhopal thru my American express credit card. Their are 3 transactions done for same detail of booking. 1st transaction got failed but my payment got deducted. 2nd and 3rd transaction booked( one booking had been cancelled due to duplicate booking and booking amount received after cancellation).
Details are below-
Now my credit card statement shows that the failed transaction amount did not reverted from MMT into my Credit card and when i connected with them they asked me to get in touch with you for failed transaction reversal.
Kindly do the needful.
