I made a single booking yesterday for return trip to MUM-BBI for 3 adults, 1 child and 1 infant for which I was charged Rs.1500/- as convenience fees for single booking made which is not logical and right and for which I called their toll free customer care no.[protected] and spoke with Jatin who told they charge it for website maintanence and I said I booked it through their mobile app but he did nothing to resolve than I raised the same issue on their twitter handle @makemytripcare and later on also their chairman and group ceo Mr.Deep Kalra's twitter handle and @makemytripcare who also made his argument and said that these charges will have to be paid as to cover payment processing charges whereas toll free cust care Jatin told it was for website maintanence and usage charges so both of them are saying different things and charging per passenger / per sector is totally unethical and wrong and I said I will take this matter to grahak suraksha if I need to, to bring this to its logical end. Kindly help in this regards to resolve this matter amicably if possible. My complaint raised through ticket no[protected] has been marked as resolved but I have given a feedback against the same as Issue not resolved yet!
