Car was not available on the address provided by MMT app. Even after updating them, they did not provide the car to me and now when i asked for the refund - after 35 days of the complaint, they are saying they cant give refund too. Here is the complete chain,
Date for which self drive ALto was booked - 15th Sep 6PM to 19th Sep 6:30PM

Location - Bangalore
Amount paid - 5194
I did not go to pick the card on 15th due to health reasons and informed MMT people. Thereafter I went there on 16th morning, I did not see any cars there at the location provided ( gate no. 8Badri Nivas, Palace Grounds, Ramana Maharshi ROad, Bangalore). I waited there for 2 hours to get the confirmation for the location till 2 hours from MMT and they did not even had courtesy to call me back. And then I had leave from there as i was standing on road for 2 hours on 16th.
Thereafter, i was told, that you would get refund sir during 16th conversation with MMT people. And since then, i am being asked give us 48 hours time and no resolution, Now, one gentlemen from MMT has updated that I wont get the refund.
Dont know what I am supposed to say. Please help me out with this
