[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — status of refund for failed booking | |||
I have not recieved refund of a failed booking from nov 2, 2017. Please refer to complaint numbers[protected],[protected], [protected] and[protected] which were assigned to me on four separate occasions. It has been eight days while i was promised a refund within three working days of the booking failure by your telephonic representative and then through an email by digjaya pugaliya. It is despicable how one cannot even talk to a customer service representative without having a booking id. As you would know, there is no booking id in cases of failed booking. Emails to your helpline have all bounced back. I am extremely angry at this unprofessional attitude of mmt and would definitely think twice before making another booking with you.
