[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — System error booked a wrong date | |||||
Hi team, I booked a ticket from (Ixm-hyd) on 21-jun-17 but after made the payment i was shocked by seeing the date as 13-sep-17. Immediately i called to the customer care but they said raised a concern with the respective team they will get back to you. I checked twice before proceeding with the payment but not sure how the date got changed to september. Kindly check and refund the amount. Booking id nf[protected]. In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our technical team and based on the booking logs, found that, user himself has selected date of booking as 13-Sep-17 only. So, based on the case facts, we regret to inform you that, we cannot honor this case. However, as a customer service gesture we can waive off our service fee in case customer opt for cancellation or modification. Customer had to bear airline charges in either case.
