Hi team,

I booked a ticket from (Ixm-hyd) on 21-jun-17 but after made the payment i was shocked by seeing the date as 13-sep-17. Immediately i called to the customer care but they said raised a concern with the respective team they will get back to you.

I checked twice before proceeding with the payment but not sure how the date got changed to september. Kindly check and refund the amount.

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our technical team and based on the booking logs, found that, user himself has selected date of booking as 13-Sep-17 only. So, based on the case facts, we regret to inform you that, we cannot honor this case. However, as a customer service gesture we can waive off our service fee in case customer opt for cancellation or modification. Customer had to bear airline charges in either case.
