This refers to my booking of Eco Log Hut Resort Hotel at Aritar on 31st December-1st January. I talked to the owner on 30th December. But I could not reach there on my own vehicle because the road has been under construction. The owner told nothing about it. I returned to Dello (Kalingpong) and booked another hotel, I checked in about 3 pm on 31st December. I could not find the way to cancel my previous booking. There was no network on both of my SIM cards. Even no wi-fi in hotel. Horrible! Moreover, Golden Kuensel Resort and Spa Hotel was an overpriced hotel. How can I stay in two hotels at the same time? Your cancellation policy is murky. What kind of business do you do? I haven't had such a bitter experience with makemytrip.com ever. I paid the second booking amount in full. The first booking amount was paid by LazyPay. They are constantly irritating me to repay the amount.
You would say your customer is responsible for all these. Wouldn't you?
