MakeMyTrip India — Terrible experience as a result of MMT customized package- request refund

I recently booked a 6-night/7-day trip to Nainital, Corbett, and Masoorie.
As this is my first visit to North India, I asked one of the MMT agents (Rahul) to customise the package for me because the instant available packages did not include any good hotels (according to the reviews I read about the hotels).
My request was to provide the best hotels possible because we women were travelling with children and safety was our top priority.
I happened to speak with Rahul and mentioned that I needed separate rooms/cottages with mountain views and all the amenities such as a swimming pool, good food, and so on. Also requested for a good sight seeing.

Rahul customised the package and stated that all requirements were met. (Which actually did not meet my requirements)
However, for our initial stay at Nainital - Balaut Resort, they provided a connecting room, but the door lock was terrible; if we insert the key into the lock, it won't come out, it won't lock, and we had to struggle to unlock.
I had to call the Receptionist Nirmala every time I needed help, which was extremely inconvenient.

I contacted Rahul and explained the situation, as well as why my requirement was not met, but I was charged for what had been discussed and agreed upon.
Rahul then went ahead and filed a customer complaint, only to tell me that the room was provided as agreed. However, after filing the complaint, he did not bother to pick up my call; when I tried from a friend's phone, he picked up and said, "Sorry ma'am, I was not sure how to help, so I did not pick up the call."
Only the plus point was Food.The resort where it is located is no less than a suicide point.

Our 2nd Destination Corbett (Hotel Le Roi) was fine.

Our third destination, Hotel Skylark by La Casa - Masoorie, is a five-star Hotel ( For name sake).
There were no amenities, only a room to stay in, and the bathroom was subpar.
It is not worth the money we paid (approximately 5k per night), which is not even worth 1.5k.

When it came to sightseeing, the driver was cheerful, spoke well.
He did not, however, take us on a good sightseeing tour. He took us to the places like children's park, Cave, Guchu Pani, paragliding, and zipline.
I am from Bangalore and believe that these are the best in Bangalore (other than the cave and paragliding) and that I do not need to travel to Uttarakhand.
I expected to see the special and famous, beautiful places, the beauty of Nainital and Masoorie, but I was let down.
He always said that everything closes at 5 p.m., so he'd get ready for his drinks and catch up with his friends.

Rahul ran away from everything and didn't bother to assist his client.
He agreed that my requirement had not been met and apologised.
However, I was charged approximately 74k for such a poor package.

When I filed a complaint after returning home, I was only told that they checked with MMT and hotels and were told that the client requirement had been met and that they could not issue a refund.
Does this imply that I, who had such a terrifying experience, lied to them? Below is the response i received and I have replied to this but there is no response after this.

With reference to your mail, we have shared your concern with hotelier. As per hotelier – they had provided same room which you had booked at the time of booking. Hotelier had already denied us to provide us any waiver.

We have also discussed your concern with our management, as per our management – customer satisfaction is always prioirty for us. So they have increased the amount and now we are offering you future travel voucher of amount INR.4500/- with validity 01 year. You can use this voucher in online flight/hotel/online holiday booking.
