I booked a cab from New Delhi to Agra for 16th Nov at 10:30 am. But driver neither called me nor received my call (actually driver's mobile's incoming service was stopped) till 11:13 am on 16th Nov. Therefore I decided to book other cab from Uber service provider. But as I paid full amount for this booking obviously I want a full refund. I tried to reach MMT on various customer care numbers but I am not able to talk to any executive.
To add further to this I am in constant touch with driver, he said that, he has done everything from his side to process me refund and it's now on MMT side to initiate process. But unfortunately, MMT team is too lazy to contact me in this regard.
MMT team contacted me and told me they will have some solution in 48 hours on 21st Nov but now, it's 23rd Nov, still without any solution/refund.
