[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — ticket booking issue

On 14th nov i booked 2 tickets from bom to blr for 6th december. I paid amount through netbanking which was rs. 5281. My amount got deducted but i didn't get any msg or email for my tickets confirmation. I tried to call customer care number but they are asking last 4 digit of booking id which i don't have as i didn't get any msg or mail from mmt. I have been following up with mmt on mail since 14th nov but till now i didn't get any resolution or update on my issue. I have sent approximately 10 emails to mmt to consider the issue on highest priority but they are least bother about customer issue. Hence i request consumer court to help me out with this.
