MakeMyTrip India — Ticket cancelled by the bus travel

I have booked the ticket of 28th of march for Nagpur in aadi travels when i rached the destination the owner of the bus has started fight with us and cancelled my ticket and not given the refund also. The owner of the bus agency used very very bad words that i was with my 18 months baby and still he was fighting i want my refund Ticket was booked by pritam meshram name from surat to nagpur. Please resloved my problem and i want refund
