[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Ticket shows 2 passenger bus seat booked for 1 passenger only | |||||
I have booked ticket from Pune to Shirdi for 2 passengers on completion of my booking i got confirmation mail with ticket which shows passengers =2 and detail of passenger as 1 i.e. Name and seat of passenger. When i called customer care they replied me that as i have 1 female and 1 male passenger so bus company has taken only female information and booked for her ... Also, they accepted that this issue is from there end (makemy trip) but when i asked them to cancel the same thy said they will deduct 10% and refund rest of the amount. Why shall i as customer should bear loss when the fault is at there end?????? I need full money back... i have the recorded call as well as ticket which shows information provided above is correct.
