MakeMyTrip India — Train cancellation amount not received

I cancelled my train ticket from MMT on 18th July 2022, it said I should get the refund by 20th July. But I haven't received any money regarding this cancellation although the app says that the amount has been sent to my bank account.
There is no way for me to reach out to MMT to get this cleared.
