Respected Sir/Mam, I try to book train ticket, date 4 April 2023 at 8:14 pm but booking is not completed/ failed and amount Rs. 842 is deducted to my account. My booking ID is NR [protected]. Shows refund of Rs.842 with RRN Number [protected] has been processed to the account in 1-2 working days and refund credited in account expected by 5-6 April. Please refund my dedicated amount.
