Dear Sir/Mam,
I got three seats booked in train on 13/11/2021 from Barely to Khanna. But you sought apology by saying that you had not been able to process the refund (I'd NR[protected]) due to some technical error and promised to refund due amount Rs. 544.
Now I am really very sorry to say that you did not refund that amount. Legally, you are bound to refund. But your delay is unwanted and undesirable. I hope you will refund that small amount without further delay. I also attached the screen short of that email which you send me. Find the attachment below. I am waiting for your reply on priority basis.
