Make MyTrip Trip ID # NL[protected]
I opted for the Europe Travel package with MakeMy trip in November 2019 with travel date in April 2020 and paid 1, 36, 886 INR for the booking.
Because of Pandemic, the travel was cancelled by the government across the globe and eventually by trip too was cancelled.
So I opted to get the trip cancelled completely, instead of date change due the uncertainty because of Pandemic.
Though it was not my fault but still MakeMytrip forced the penalty of INR 45, 000 as Airline is charging them for the same and informed that the remaining INR 91, 886 will be refunded to me within 45 working days on the email dated 24th June 2020.
Its been already more than 5 months when I was committed for the refund to be processed, still it is pending and now they have even stopped responding to the emails and my phone calls.
I certainly understand this is a tough time specially for the travel company like them, but it is a tough time for me as a consumer and individual too. Please do not penalize so much that I lost complete faith in an company like MakeMy trip for my future travels too.
Please address this issue and get the refund processed on priority and without penalty as I'm was not at fault. Was this information helpful? |
