[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Tripmoney amount not credited

I loaded 10k INR in tripmoney global cash card on December 9th and till date my amount is not credited. I did multiple follow up with the support email shared no proper response or solution provided. Dec 16, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved No call or email i received. I dropped an email to the bank customer support and by evening the amount got credited. Till now no apology or status update from MakeMyTrip Tripmoney team. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
