MakeMyTrip India — Unable to cancel cab booking | |
Booking ID - NC[protected] Cab booking scheduled for 6AM changed time to 7AM automatically after payment. Confirmed time multiple times before payment but still changed to 7AM after payment. Opening manage bookings tab to cancel the trip on makemytrip website shows 'Sorry, we could not fetch the details!!' error. Tried on different devices and different internet connections but still encountering the same error. Please cancel my booking and refund the amount to my account. Was this information helpful? | |
