MakeMyTrip India — Unable to transfer fund from MakeMyTrip Wallet to my Bank account

Hi

I have booked flight from Tiruchirapalli to Chennai and cancelled the ticket. Status is updated as cancelled and the refund has been processed in MakeMyTrip Wallet o[censored]ser XXXXXX. But when i check the wallet it is showing ₹0.
I dont know what to do, customer support is worst it more than 3 months. Anyone facing the same issue?
