I booked a hotel in wrong dates by mistake, realised it immediately and called the customer care. But they are denying refund. This is a penalty for a small.mistake that could have been rectified by the company in seconds.
I must get my money back, it is a significant sum of 3000. I am sure the company can help in this case but they are not deliberately. My PNR is 26972300
