MakeMyTrip India — unsatisfactory holiday at thailand on 19th nov 17 to 25th nov 17

I have just returned from a holiday with my wife, which was disappointing at sometimes.
Please find below a list of our complaints:
1) at golden beach resort hotel – we reached the hotel at 1:40 pm but the room was not ready at that time and the hotel given the room at 3:00 pm, as per hotel policy room should be ready for the upcoming guest is 2:00 pm. We waited for room more than 1 hour.
2) for phi-phi island tour – seller not told us about speed boat when we were booking the package, we got to know about the same when we reached the phuket and your representative told us about the transfer for phi-phi island through speed boat, we paid 900/- bht per person for the same.

3) transfer from bkk airport to pattaya hotel – there was a silly mistake happened on voucher that the pickup time was mentioned from bkk airport was the 4:00 pm and we had reached the airport at 1:40 pm, again we had to wait there more than 1 hour. And due to this delay, we reached the hotel at 5:30 pm. (In the result, we missed the relaxation time, and we needed to ready for alcazar show it was too hectic)
- we contacted your representative at the airport, but they were unable to resolve the matter and advised us to contact your tour operator, so i had contacted with vijay and the matter was resolved after 1 hr.
Some of other issues which are as given below: -
1) i requested for gst receipt and seller refused to provide the same. So, if you are unable to provide the gst receipt it means you do not have the gst no. And this is coming under illegal financial act.
- request you to please provide the gst receipt neither i should go to consumer forum.

2) no discount is provided to me for package booking, as i booked the package far early in month of july even my travel date was in mid of nov.

3) i approached to your representatives many times regarding any update like visa details, briefing call. So as in result i have experienced lack of professionalism from mmt representatives which i was never expected from (As per my expectations mmt is a brand name in tour operations)

So as mentioned above inconvenience faced by me and to my wife as well, i expect compensation from mmt for the same.
I look forward to receiving a response from you asap.
