MakeMyTrip India — Very bad service refund not received

Hi this is complain against I have booked a ticket on 7 may dubai to india airindia it is automatically cancel but still I have not received refund I have already call many times airlines they always saying you book travel agent so you contact there but make by trip not helping anything so please help me I am waiting for my refund amt
