MakeMyTrip India — voucher not working and multiple tickets raised for this are closed with resolution

I have booked flights from mmt where i was entitled for special voucher "hotelspecial" which will provide me flat 7600 inr off on my next internation hotel booking but when i tried to apply that voucher, it was showing an error that voucher doesnot exist in database. I have raised multiple concern and team closed all tickets without resoultion.
