I had booked and cancelled a hotel at chennai through mmt. As i am not a person who travel frequently, an mount of rs.3927/- is now as dead money in my wallet. As i am facing serious financial problems due to fllood and related family problems, kindly refund this huge money to my account.

In reference to your concern, we tried calling you multiple times, however, the number was busy.
We have checked your issue and please note that you can transfer the refund in the bank account by going to your wallet account.
Please note that you can only transfer that amount which you had paid at the time of booking via bank/Debit/ Credit card.
