MakeMyTrip India — Wallet money is not transferred to bank

I had 5555 in my MMT wallet. I triggered a transfer to my bank account on 7/Jul. Only 555 is deposited in my bank account. The left 5000 is not deplosited in bank account, nor it is available in wallet.

Please deposit the rest 5000 also in my bank account.

How long will this refund require. Everytime the ticket is assigned to some one new who doesnt understand the problem.
