[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Wallet money not being able to use, not being refunded

Hello,

I have 2000 rs in my makemytrip wallet, but i couldn't use it when booking flights worth 45, 000 rs. I tried calling makemytrip customer care, doesn't work.
I have asked them to transfer the money back into my bank account as i cannot use it, and the deadline to use is 24th june 2017.

Would appreciate your support, as makemytrip is not responding to my emails or phone calls. My email address linked to my makemytrip account is [protected]@yahoo.com

Further, in reference to your complaint regarding wallet bonus amount usage, please be advised that, there are some terms & conditions are attached for the usage of bonus wallet amount which says that the bonus amount can be used only partially (as defined) for different bookings (Flights, Hotels). Now, as checked the bonus amount is expired and reversal is not possible for the expired amount.
