I had 24443 rupees balance in the wallet of MMT. I clicked on the tab to transfer that amount to my bank. The moment I clicked on the transfer button, wallet showed zero balance. After that I received a mail with a link to open a page and submit mg credentials only after that the MMT would initiate the transfer. When I clicked on the link, the page couldn't open. It says, oops! Something went wrong try again. I tried several times, bug the same message appeared. I tried to call the customer care, but its all computerized meaning, in no way you can talk to the customer care assistant.

I tried to contact through facebook, they replied and sent the link, but it did not open either. Most of the time, the facebook reply is automatic and sometimes they reply with a note that they are trying their best to resolve the issue.
