I cancelled my hotel bookings and the money got reflected in the MyCash section of the MMT Wallet. I wanted to have the back to my bank account. Requested for the same. now it shows that i have debited the amount but it haven't been reflected into my bank account.
The support is of no use. Emails are autogenerated, calls and chats are all bots where i don't see my concern.
