[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — worst customer service and booking | |||||
My name is osman. I have made a booking on 19th dec for a holiday to munnar - thekkedy-alleppey and paid the entire amount in advance. After more than 20 days of booking and the last day prior to my flight, the customer support person is telling me hotels are not confirmed yet and they need some time. I dont understand how much time they need to confirm hotels. I had gone to their office in hyderabad and they provided me the printouts of tickets and hotel vouchers which says confirmed, but when i checked with the hotel they have said there is no booking. These people are giving all vague and false information to customers and charging the amount in advance. Whenever you call them they just say next day you will get a call and the vouchers and therr is no response from their end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
