[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — worst service from hotel booking | |||
I had done a booking via makemytrip for a stay in gokarna at "sanskruti resorts" and paid an amount of inr 20, 060 for a stay of two days which included complimentary breakfast. On reaching the hotel i was given a dirty room which on multiple requests they cleaned and even after that the bed-sheets and blankets where dirty. The towels where wet and stained. I tried to raise the concern but no one responded. The breakfast was denied saying it is not included when i had shown them in the booking confirmation also. On ordering for food they do not deliver and just keep saying it will come. Also the staff was rude and ignorant. Felt like all money wasted and i want my money returned.
