Ever worst service experienced with mmt.. My vocation got canceled cos of mmt.. Initially u get a message and later bus is canceled woooow.. I got the refund but how about the hotel bookings made through mmt.. Who is responsible for my loss.. The response was u cud have booked an different bus.. Faced issue with the hotel booking as well.. Stupid app some crap when i selected 2 members instead got the voucher with one.. Later multiple times called but like as usual no help.. Unforgettable experienced with mmt.. Played with my emotions.. A person like me i mean come from average family goes to mmt cos to save the money.. Verified Support May 08, 2017 MakeMyTrip India Customer Care's response Dear Mr Taheer, Greetings from MakeMyTrip!! We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to your complaint regarding the refund for hotel booking. Please note that you booked bus ticket separately. However we always mention in the vouchers it’s all depends upon the vendor but as you mentioned that you have received the refund for bus booking. We always give the option to travel you could have travelled with any other mode of transport. But as it’s clearly mentioned in the hotel voucher that our booking was completely Non-refundable, we also tried with hotelier if he can give us the full refund or partial refund for booking. But hotelier denied for the same, hence we humbly regret that no refund is possible for booking. Regards Team-MakeMyTripCare. | |||||
