I booked from salem to gudalur(ooty) but the bus operator says the bus is going to Gudalur in theni district but in MakeMyTrip it showed wrongly as Gudalur(ooty).Because of the mistake from MakeMyTrip website i booked this bus.I have booked it after cancelling it once( NU[protected]) which costed me cancellation fee of Rs.370. Then i booked a new ticket (NU[protected]) which costed Rs.1185.Now I couldn't able to board this bus because of the destination mentioned in the MMT app and website is not the same in the bus operating route.
The bus is not going to Gudalur(ooty) it is going to Gudalur(theni)
MMT should refund these amounts because of the mistake from their side i ended up booking a wrong bus.
Please dont forget to update the correct thing in your app and website so that it doesn't happens again.

I have attached the e-ticket and GST invoice where the destination is given as gudalur(Ooty)
But the bus is not operating through gudalur (Ooty).it's completely MakeMyTrip's fault and they should initiate full refund for this ticket since I haven't travelled
