It was raining heavily in Bangalore on[protected]. For every step it was taking minimum 5 minutes telling us to wait as there is network issue. I had to book Bangalore-Poona tickets for 5th Jan 2022 and Poona-Bangalore for 9th Jan 2022 for 15 passengers in Indigo only. I covered all of them by attempting 7 times spanning over 7 hours. It was a horrible experience to sit in front of laptop for 7 hours. It was against Ticket ID NF[protected].ETicket, for 4 passengers with name Rohini and 3 others, even though I had selected Indigo for both ways, like all other tickets, the System had done selection to Air Asia for onward Journey and Go First for return. This I came to know after I made payment thinking that it was on Indigo as selected. I had to cancel entire thing and rebook. I lost Rs. 15, 894 for no fault of mine. Same thing happened with Ticket IDNF[protected].ETicke for Rajeshwari. The System erroneously selected Go air for both ways. Here again I lost Rs. Rs. 3, 473. All other Tickets are intact amidst of Network Hide and seek game. I therefore request MakeMyTrip for a full refund of money in both the cases, as it was your System error. From selection to payment, every time it has taken minimum 1 hour for each booking. Was this information helpful? |
