[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Wrong ticket booked by make my trip app with no refund | |||||
Booked ticket through make my trip app of different flight but when the payment gateway has been changed at the end, the selections has not been retained hence different flight has been booked. Called customer care immediately & provided my selection snapshots which clearly states the flight ticket being booked till payment page is different & even though it has been accepted that its fault in their make my trip app, no refund has been generated yet. Even the repeated followups on mail & call with customer care makes no difference to them & my 10516 amount paid for the junk ticket is at stake.The MakeMyTrip Booking ID is NF[protected]. We have initiated the complete refund of Inr 10316/- from our end in your bank account and Inr 200/- in your wallet account. The refund in your bank account should now be reflecting in your account.
