[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — zero cancellation benefit is not given for not my fault | |||
Makemytrip cheated me in the name of zero cancellation. I booked ticket or tomorrow 18:10 pm. I called them up at 18:04 pm today to cancel it, they intentionaly elapsed the time (Just 5 minutes lapsed) and deducted rs around 4500.00. T when i told him to cancel he said just rs 1200 will be deduced. They have not mentioned the policy clearly anywhwere. They are telling its my fault. I am attaching the call log and also the. The same should reflect in your account within few days depending upon your bank processing cycle.
