MakeMyTrip — money?

Hi, i had a word with riya regarding my hotel booking and she offered me refund of 2000 and asked me share the bank details, i have shared the bank details on the same day but no one reverted yet from mmt side secondly i called mmt again where one supervisor told me there is no action has been done from riya side.

I have attempted to book tickets from your site on 11/09/19 Amount 4836.00 deducted but tickets not booked Booking ID NR[protected]And I have not get refund credited in my bank yet, it is 45th day still waiting
