[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — No refund claim since 2 months | |||||
'thug' the @makemytrip is! Recently i chose to book tickets from mmt app dated 29.03.16 of amount rs.10200. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my acount. I had been calling @makemytrip office since 2 months but i see no refund. They ask me to contact the bank but the bank has stated that the amount has been claimed by the company's visa. Its the 3rd time ive been waiting for the accounts department to process the refund claim and clear the queries. Sucha a dissappointment it has been to book a ticket from @makemytrip. I would like mmt to look in this matter on urgent basis before i have to move to higher authorities. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our finance department and found that on 29-Mar-16 customer has made several attempts for Inr 10200/- to make flight booking through our Mobile App. Against two transactions the payment was charged and booking has got confirmed however, for the other transactions the amount was not charged as the same was declined by your respective bank. We request you to please check your bank statement till date, may be the amount has now been auto reversed from your bank’s end. If in case the refund is still not reflecting in your account, please file a Charge back with your bank against the failed transaction. Please
