MakeMyTrip — No Refund for cancellation

Booking ID NN[protected]. I cancelled the flight about 20 days ago. I was promised a refund amount of Rs. 57000/- (approx). But I still do not have the money. I have contacted their customer care over 10 times, just to hear that my complaint will be resolved in 72 hours. Several 72 hours have passed since, but I do not have my money.
