MakeMyTrip — no response for deleting my account from makemytrip | |
I want to delete my account but makemytrip is not responding via email or phone. I no longer want to use this account on makemytrip. I have tried to contact support both via phone and email but have received no response on either. This is unacceptable customer support from them and they are purposefully ignoring this request because it concerns closing an account. Was this information helpful? | |

This is very pathetic service. No-one is ready to hear the Customer Problems. I spoke to almost 10 Employees Pooja, Preeti, Divyani, Ranjan, Jaya, Akanksha. Who are not at all bothered and simply washing their hands by transferring the calls. I want to know the Status of My Refund status against Booking ID : IN1806B7S4715007.
